Circle Drive was a complete renovation and restoration, transforming a neglected midcentury home into a vibrant, modern retreat for short-term stays. After severe water damage required rebuilding the foundation and replacing subfloors, our priority was to honor the home’s unique architectural character.

We preserved and celebrated original details—like the warm cedar walls and vintage kitchen cabinets—while updating the floor plan to add a fourth bedroom and two new baths. The design mixes fresh midcentury-inspired colors, playful patterns, and abundant natural light, striking a balance between history and contemporary comfort.
