I’m so excited to welcome everyone back to The Bloom House for our first Women’s Circle in over a year! I know many can be hesitant about trying new things without fully understanding the details - so let’s first begin with…
What is a Women’s Circle?
Women’s gatherings have been a custom in every culture across the World for as long as civilization has been standing upright (and probably before this as well). Makers Circles are some of the most recognizable examples - women gathering for basket weaving, cooking, sewing, etc. but more modern examples are, Wine Club, Sororities, Bible Studies, Avon parties… the list goes on. People naturally connect over common hardships and wins, life paths, etc. and for year’s we have been creating small groups to engage in hobbies, share stories and seek advice from others.
There are many reason’s though that women especially, find themselves coming together in groups and seek women focused gatherings.
Women’s Circle’s are known for honoring the feminine within us. In our modern world, much of our feminine nature and female intuition has been stripped. Women’s Circle’s are a great way to come back home to our feminine selves and honor, without shame, what we are experiencing within us.
A Women's Circle is a safe and intentional space for women to gather, share, exchange ideas, meet friends, network and feel respected, seen and heard.
What to Expect
6PM - 7PM Arrival/Networking/Hor Devours
Our event will begin at 6pm. The first hour is set up for networking and getting to know other guests. Small bites will be served so please RSVP with any food allergies or diet restrictions.
7PM - 8:30PM Active Women’s Circle
At around 7pm our Women’s Circle will be activated. I will open the circle and set intentions for the evening, creating a safe, sacred space for all guests to share and receive information.
PERSONAL VALUES ACTIVITY - Our activity for this circle will be about getting to know more about ourselves and what drives our decision making process. We will engage in an exercise to help us identify our personal value system. Personal values make up the foundation of our personality and can help us come back home to ourselves when we are having to make day-to-day decisions and/or life changing decisions.
**Activity packets will be passed out. RSVP’s are highly encouraged so I can have one prepared for you.
8:30PM - 9PM Closing Women’s Circle/Full Moon Ceremony
At around 8:30PM we will finish up our activity and begin closing the circle. Since this Women’s Circle falls within the energy of the Full Moon (19th), we will leave time for Full Moon activity and fire burning ceremony.
FULL MOON CEREMONY - Full Moon energy is about setting intentions, releasing negativity, and manifesting desires. It can also be a time for reflection and release. I’ve found many women love participating in this especially if they have been harnessing a lot of stress from the previous month that they want to rid. We will write down our negative thoughts and experiences from the month prior and burn them in the fire to prepare for a new cycle ahead.
